By setting up the 330 Building as a BEAUTY, HEALTH & RETAIL Center and 350 as a PROFESSIONAL CENTER, customers and employees of 350 BLDG can patronize the products and services of nutritious health and beauty shops on the adjacent 330 BLDG and vice versa. This is a mutual win-win offer, saving our customers many trips to other stores, while capturing sales within the BEAUTY HEALTH and PROFESSIONAL CENTER. This business model offers unprecedented advantages to business owners/tenants in each building while allowing great conveniences to our customers. In addition, within the Beauty and Health center itself, customers of one Beauty service (Facial) can have their Eyelash extension done at the next door Eyelash service

HOW DOES THE PROFIT SHARING PROGRAM WORKS?
Our profit-sharing model is simple, whatever the % of investing fund you made toward the total Operation fund, let's say 20%, then your profit after operating expenses is 20%. Of course, as a working business partner, your time spent managing the business operations will be compensated at the market rate and the profit can be reinvested or distributed per the Operating Agreement (normally a 4-5 year investment period). However, if you do not want to or cannot participate in this profit-sharing model, you can certainly opt to be our tenant yet still be receiving all the turnkey benefits we have mentioned here.
