Our Concept of Beauty, Health and Professional Centers 

Bearing profitability of our tenants and business partners in mind, we design our two building plaza into a self-supporting business model where customers and employees of one center can patronize the services of other businesses on the adjacent building.  Ridgecrest city is known for three major populations, 1) the booming of the defense contracting businesses at the US Naval Air Defense Station (NAWS) and their families; 2) the active baby-boomer retirees who have chosen Ridgecrest as their retirement haven thanks to its dry weather and beautiful mountain ranges and associated outdoor activities.  3) The tourism population is made-up of civilian and non-civilian visitors who are attracted by National Historic landmark and archaeological sites as well as the natural amenities like rock climbing, horseback riding, dune-buggy, camping, etc.  Little Petroglyph Canyon is where hundreds of Coso native archaeological sites are found, was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1964.  The area is known for its archaeological and gold mining activities, annual China-Lake Airshows, Maturango museum, Ghost town, etc, which attracting tourists from many parts of the World, as far as Russia and Ukraine, making up the 3rd demographic population, a sizeable population when combined them with US and International visitors from the defense sectors (UN and NATO) and managing associates from the Navy, Pentagon, DoD, and US Government.

Therefore, by catering to these three demographic populations and offering turnkey services that comprising of Healthy living and nutritious diet for all three populations and Beauty services and classes for the young to mid-age populations; while Retailing of antiques and Coso Indian specific items for the tourists; we'd see that this business model will exceed the needs and expectations of all populations including the residents and civilian and non-civilian visitors. 

For the professionals and defense contracting engineers, we design our suites to be ready-for business with efficient offices, conference room, front lobby, and network and Internet ready.  Some suites offer wet vanity sink and reception counter.  Overall, these pre-built offices can save tenants and business owners from $35,000 to $250,000 in Tenant Improvements.
